We are a Finnish multidisciplinary design studio working across architecture, interiors, brand strategy & marketing. We shape places from the ground up, creating experiences that resonate spatially, commercially and emotionally.

Our approach is rooted in the North: strategic thinking, honest materials and a close relationship with landscape. We combine Nordic restraint with curiosity, character and a sense of adventure, less interested in following conventions than in pushing them somewhere new.

We believe the strongest places grow from one clear concept. By bringing architecture, interiors, experience and brand together from the beginning, we create coherent worlds rather than separate layers, from landscapes and buildings to identities, furniture and the smallest details of a guest experience.

Today, our focus is on reimagining hospitality and living in the North. We work with hospitality brands & entrepreneurs, developers and landowners who want to turn ideas, places and landscapes into something distinctive. We are drawn to ambitious projects, wild settings and clients who challenge the status quo.
